2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Customized or personalized products (such as Gift Box) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a damage in transit.
Return Process

• Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange for return pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before printing or dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once production or shipping has started, cancellations are not possible.
